DSO wants to thank our current participants and supporters for your continuing interest and support. Your support/participation helps us carry out our mission which is to promote fitness and healthy lifestyles for all Delaware senior adults. Our aim is to make all Delaware senior adults aware of the variety of physical games and programs we have made available so all can participate. Our senior games and walking/fitness programs inspire and motivate participants to eat right, exercise and want to stay involved.
