Harriet is an outstanding athlete but we would be remiss if we didn’t also recognize her for her friendly spirit and as an outstanding role model who typifies the best in senior softball and women’s athletics. The Delaware Women’s Alliance for Sport and Fitness recognized these characteristics by awarding her with their Sportsmanship Award in 2001.

For her extraordinary athletic achievements Delaware Senior Olympics recognizes this highly skilled woman of great integrity with its 2011 Outstanding Athlete Award.
