Hello to all Delmarva Pickleball Lovers!
The Ocean Pines Racquet Complex has invited all of us Delmarva Pickleball Players to be a part of the Susan G Komen Pink Ribbon Racquet event, on June 14th (raindate June 21st)! Your cost of $25 gives you a $20 donation to Susan G. Komen breast cancer research, along with a light breakfast, several hours of pickleball play, a nice lunch, a magazine subscription, door prizes, a gift bag, and free play all afternoon!
This very fun day will start at 8:30am with breakfast and photo opportunities. The round robin pickleball play is from 9-11:30am, followed by lunch and prizes at noon. Then, in the afternoon, all participants can hang out at the OP racquet complex, and use all the facilities for free, including tennis courts, platform tennis courts and pickleball courts. Marie (Chris) Neaves Named Athlete of the Month
Marie Neaves of Townsend, Delaware may have a career working in a library, but she is no mere bookworm. Marie is not one to shirk a challenge, and she's had her share. Trying something new got her involved in sports after she became a senior, and it's been one thing after another ever since.

Delaware Easy Striders take to the Sky with Disc Golf
Pete Gisler is well aware of the beauty found throughout Delmarva. Back in 2007, he set up the Delaware Easy Striders, a hiking group that has grown to more than 150 members, all traversing the terrain across the region’s state parks and nature preserves.
